I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (New Jersey) who has been practicing since 2018. I have over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults with addiction and Various mental health issues. My expertise is comprehensive in dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, grief, parenting and anger management. My belief is that all individuals hold a key to their own happiness, but sometimes struggle to navigate the right tools to help them achieve their goals. My goal with clients is to empower them to develop the necessary tools to get through difficult times and move towards a better, healthier and happier life. My therapeutic approaches are centered around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.
